Load data from ASCII file to a Java Applet Window

Question:

Has anybody used winbatch to automate loading of data from a flat file to specific fields on an open Java application window??

Answer:

I've only heard of a few success stories and several failures. I'm probably wrong, but I think people had more luck with the Netscape version. But luck was generally scarce.
