Win32 Network Errors

Question:

I am getting a network extender error "499 unrecoginized network error #1312"??? I looked thru the tech support knowledge base but could not find the specfic error "#1312."

Can anyone tell me what this error is coming from? It happens when trying to map a drive and running the Winbatch thru the AT scheduler. The account that is trying to map the drive is an Administrator/Domain admin.

Basically it claims a "logon" problem.

Usually the sytem account does not have sufficient authority to access network resources.
