If you receive the "1159 RegCreateKey Function Failed" error during the installation, then the install program was unable to write to your registry. It could be that your registry is either read-only or corrupt.
Search for REG.DAT in the Windows directory. If it isn't there or is unreadable, then it has been corrupted. Delete the REG.DAT file and re-install WinBatch. The file will be recreated.
