I have downloaded the 99P but faced problem running the setup.exe. The Error message is

Batch DLL initialization error 
Err num - 1073741674

Appreciate if you could tell me what is the problem.

The current theory is that anti-virus software with old signature files is causing a problem.

Your options.
a) Disable runtime virus checking (for testing only)
b) Get new virus signature files from your vendor
c) We can email you uncompressed DLLS that don't trigger your anti-virus program (maybe 1MB total)
