Question:

The pAddPrinter function requires that you already have the printer drivers installed.

Is there a quick and dirty way to get those copied/installed on a machine prior to doing the pAddPrinter?

Answer:

Not that I can suggest. It involves knowing which files are needed, copying and expanding them to the correct directories, and making a number of registry changes. The latter will be the hardest part.
