Say I want to send an email with a file attachment from my script. Now say I want to send it thru my Hotmail account. How could I do that? thanks
Answer:
No good way. Hotmail uses a "http" email interface that there is no real built in support for in Postie. It may be theoretically possible to do it via the WinInet extender, but I think that would be a tough fight.
It is also tough trying to automate the HotMail web pages with the WinInet extender due to the extensive use of JavaScript and all kinds of stuff.
Thus. Give up. Find some other emai account that you can use. Yahoo has a non-free one that works.
