How do I Webout a Tag Instruction?

How can I get the webout command to send appropriate instruction to browser to process a tag instruction,e.g.:

	http://www.site.com/page.htm#tag1 

Answer:

Sorry, cannot. The #tag stuff is on the browser only side. The web server never sees the #tag information and never sends it to the browser.
