How do I use Webbatch with the FrontPage Personal Web Server?

Answer:

In reading the following article, it appear that you need FrontPage Server Extensions and IIS installed.

The FrontPage Personal Web Server was not designed to work as a dedicated Web server. It was designed to provide Web site authors the ability to proof Web sites before the site is published to a dedicated Web server. You must upgrade to the Microsoft Personal Web Server or Internet Information Server, or use another web server software package, such as O'Reilly's Website.
