1437 (or 3437) Extender Dll Load Failure Error

Question:
I'm getting the 1437 error on a couple of machines on the AddExtender("WWODB34I.DLL") line. It works on many other machines.Answer:
- Make sure you have the 32-bit ODBC client installed on the failing machine.
- Make sure the DLL is not corrupted (copy a fresh, working copy from another machine).
- Make sure you don't have other stray DLLs around on the search path that might be old or corrupt.
- Make sure you're loading the WWODB34I.DLL and not the WWODB32I.DLL with the 2001 version of Winbatch.
