Can you give me a simple example of a coded astatusbar which runs during an install of a program

Answer:

aStatusBar can really only be used if you are handling the installation yourself. You can have it update the statusbar a various points in the process.

If you are simply launching an install of a third party application there is no real way to know how far along it is in the process.
