Can WinInet Handle Framed Pages?

I've just downloaded a trial version of winbatch with the intension of automating webpage downloads.I've had a quick look at the WinInet extender and tried a sample get web page routine from the tech support section. I modified it for the web page in question which is frame based, but from my quick tests it seems that only the frameset page seems to appear.
Is it possible to use winbatch with frames pages, if so can somebody point me in the right direction as to how to achieve this? Do I need to Parse the HTML and retreive each frames contents?
Answer:
Yes. It depends on what you want to do. If you just need a particular frame you can just get the desired frame.For a general purpose page grabber, yes you would have to get the top frame, parse it, then get the lower level frames.
