FTP SSL
For those looking to do ssl ftp file transfers, I have finally found program that seems made for Winbatch:
MoveITFreely.
- it's free
- it's command line driven
- it has no installation - just run the exe
- it accepts commands both from script files and the command line
- it supports ftp over ssl
- it's very straightforward
The other program that runs extremely well with winbatch (while I'm on a tear) to upgrade the zip function is www.7-zip.com.
It is free, it is command line drive, it requires no installation (at least the 7za.exe version of the program doesn't, which requires a little hunting around the site to find), it supports AES 256 encryption and unlimited zip file sizes, and a bunch of other stuff.
