Question:

When I press the Compile (even with no open code) I receive the error WIL Extender Error: 10130: BoxesUP: Invalid 'rect' string. I am running v2006e. Any ideas?

Answer:

It is a conflict between WinBatch and some screen utility that something, usually your video card install program, installed. Permanent fix will be in 2007a (already available in beta). Current fix is:

• Locate your WWW-PROD.INI file. It is usally found in your C:\Windows directory. This script will tell you what directory to look in if thee is a problem locating the file

  Message("www-prod.ini",DirWindows(0))
  

• Open the file with an editor like Winbatch Studio or Notepad.

• Find the [Compiler Defaults] section and look for the keywords

  rns3=
  rns4=
  

• Delete those four lines out of the www-prod.ini file, then the compiler should be able to run again.
