EXE is Use by Another Program Error Message

Question:
I've written a compiled exe, placed it on the network and sometimes when a user double clicks the shortcut they receive an error message telling them something to the effect of Another program may be using this file. I've checked that my compiled WinBatch program is marked as sharable but it is still happening. I have all my files flagged Read Write Sharable. And advice you could offer would be appreciated. ThanksAnswer:
What version of Winbatch are you using?Try setting the EXE file and the DLLs to read-only.
Some older versions of compiled EXEs needed it set to read-only. It's actually a Microsoft recommended policy to set network EXE's to read-only.
