Keywords: cannot access file at this time WBT associate file manager
This error comes up when running a WBT: "Cannot access file at this time."
The association is likely bad. User should click on WBT file in File Manager, then do a FILE ASSOCIATE.
Association should be set to: Files with Extension WBT associate with C:\WinBatch\wbat16i.exe.
Or, in the 32 bit version, associate the WBT files with C:\WinBatch\winbatch.exe.
For Windows 95, you can associate file types with Explorer, by double clicking on an unregistered file type, entering an optional name for the file type, and picking the full path and WinBatch.EXE as the application to run it. When you install WinBatch, this will all be handled automatically. Alternatively, from Explorer, you can click on a .WBT file, click on View menu, click on Options, click on File Types, scroll down to WBT file, click on Edit, click on Open, click on Edit, and then in the dialog box, input the full path where WinBatch is. For example,
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\WINBATCH\WINBATCH.EXE", "%1"
