Place AskColor Dialog
Question:
It would be nice to tell this dialog where it should be placed on the screen *before* it is displayed.Is there some magic intcontrol to solve my problems?
Answer:
The AskColor really is a system dialog that Windows is displaying on your behalf.Windows attempts to center it on the active application that requested it. However WinBatch is usually an icon, so it give up and places the window in the upper left.
If you do a BoxOpen to open the WinBatch window, then WinPlace it to where you want the AskColor dialog, the AskColor will open there instead.
You can use a set of empty quotes to indicate window title in the WinPlace command.
