RunWithLogon Ignores the Display Mode Flag
Question:
When you call the RunWithLogon function, the 'Display mode' parameter is ignored. For example, if you want to hide the
program that you start using @HIDE, the program is visible after it starts.
Answer:
There is a known issue on Windows XP and 2003 where the RunwithLogon function ignoring the 'Display mode'.
Looks like there is a windows hotfix you can install:
