WinPlace and Child Windows

If there are multiple windows open under an application such as FileMakerPro, is there any way to utilize the WinPlace command to position these windows inside the FileMakerPro parent window?If not WinPlace, is there any other way with Winbatch to position multiple windows that are open inside a parent application?
