Product Download Issues

There are no known issues with our product downloads.
- What Web browser and version have you tried to download the zip?
- What happens if you add WINBATCH.COM as a trusted site in your browser?
- What product and version of anti-virus is installed?
- Does that anti-virus have all of the latest updated signatures?
- Are you behind a firewall that could be restricting the download? Provide the product and version.
In the meanwhile, we will need to try to get you the .Zip file another way...
- Temporarily disable your anti-virus tool then re-attempt the download.
- Contact your firewall admin and have them setup some kind of rule or exception for our download link.
- Download the .zip from outside that firewall.
- Contact support at support@winbatch.com with your license information and ask to be emailed the .ZIP file. Provide a third-party email address (i.e. Gmail).
Please report a suspected erroneous detection (False Positive)
We have had various reports from users that have various firewall and anti-virus tools that they are only able to download a partial version of our compiler.zip file. Our zip file appears to have been flagged falsely. You will need to report a suspected erroneous detection (False Positive) to the vendor to tell them about a situation where you believe that their product is incorrectly reporting a clean / good file or website as being a threat or malicious in some way. This is sometimes called a False Positive. Your answers to these three or four questions will help them get your report to the correct internal team.Symantec Endpoint Protection / Norton
