TaskManager with No Title Bar Issue

My XP Home Taskbar suddenly the top has disappeared and I can no longer see CPU Usage, etc. Any help will be appreciated.Answer:
If you double click in the frame area, your tabs and menus should re-appear. It's not a virus, it's a Windows feature. Not a well documented one either.How did you get the window into that state in the first place?

Usually by accident, like trying to click on the networking tab with bad aim and a spastic finger. Just double-click on the left margin of the window does it.Article ID: W16504
