Can Winbatch Monitor Mouse and Act like Screensaver?

Question:

Is it possible from WinBatch to monitor if a user have NOT moved the mouse or have not used the keyboard, and then act like a "screensaver" program ?

Answer:

Almost, but not really. People have tried it and it does not work real good. Winbatch can watch the mouse (MouseInfo) but cannot watch the keyboard very well.
