DST Adjustments for All Windows Computers

Working from information provided by Microsoft, including a handy Visual Basic script that uses a command line interface to the Windows Control Panel to update the active time zone data, I've created a compiled WinBatch script that updates any version of Microsoft Windows.
I've packaged the script, and made it available to the general public. There is an article, which includes a link to the package, and other useful information, at http://www.viruswarn.com/Forums/tabid/53/forumid/5/tpage/1/view/topic/postid/222/Default.aspx#222.
