Process Object Names Are Truncated in Performance Monitor


Question:

I have this process running called: HealthMonitor.exe, which is my script. I use the tlistproc() to get the list of processes, but it gets the following list:

As you can see, HealthMonitor is taken as HealthMonitor.e ??? Note: If I look at the process in task manager I also see the truncated file name????

Answer:

Looks like WinBatch is getting the same information as the task manager, and therefore doesn't have any control over how the process name is handled.
