FileMenu Doesn't Appear

Question:

I installed WinBatch 2002H on Windows XP, yet the right click context menu is not getting displayed when I right click on a file name.

I have confirmed FileMenu is installed. Both FileMenu.dll and FileMenu.ini reside in my WinBatch\System directory. The registry contains the following registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\FileMenu.

Answer:

Strange the only thing I can think of is that maybe there is a policy set on the machine that disallows new context menu handlers to be added to the right click menu. I searched out a MSDN and found that in Microsoft Windows XP and in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, there is a policy named 'Remove Windows Explorer's default context menu'. The policy prevents shortcut menus from appearing when you right-click items in Windows Explorer.
