wntAccessAdd Inheritable Permissions

Question:

Does anyone know of a way in Windows 2000 to reset the permissions on all child objects and enable propagation of inheritable permissions. I thought that there was a flag in wntAccessAdd to do this but of course I cannot find it. If you click on the folder and hit the security tab and advanced there is an option to reset the perms on child objects. That is what I am looking for.

Since we are on the subject is it possible in Win2k to replace the owner on subdirectories as well? In the same place as above, there is an owner tab which allows you to set the owner on the sub directories as well.

If anyone has any ideas, they would be appreciated. Thanks.

Answer:

Take a look at wntAccessMod() request #1 in the NT extender help file. Also, take a look at the object types for wntOwnerSet() - object type 303 will perform recursive processing for changes in ownership.
